Geodis takes part in an operation to ship medical equipment to Morocco

Geodis Iberia, the Group’s Spanish subsidiary, teamed up with the NGO International Police Association to forward medical equipment and hospital supplies to Mohammed V Hospital in the Moroccan city of Tangier. Geodis’ role in the operation was logistics-based: the company mobilised semi-trailers, containers and container ships to move the goods from Barcelona to Tangier. José María Silva, manager of the Full Truck Loads department at the subsidiary’s Barcelona site, coordinated the operation in association with Geodis Overseas.
